活血止痛膏外敷配合骨康胶囊治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

The curative effects of Huoxue Zhitong plaster combined with Gukang capsules in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in elderly patients

目的观察活血止痛膏配合骨康胶囊治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2014-01—2015-12本院收治的老年腰椎间盘突出症患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,2组均予以骨康胶囊口服,观察组给予活血止痛膏外敷,对照组给予吲哚美辛巴布膏外敷,4周为1个疗程,观察2组不同时间点的VAS评分、JOA评分,治疗结束后统计治疗有效率及Oswestry功能障碍评分。结果治疗第1、2周,观察组与对照组VAS评分、JOA评分接近,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗第3、4周,观察组VAS评分、JOA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束后,观察组Oswestry功能障碍评分显著低于对照组(t=-10.251,P<0.05);观察组有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛膏配合骨康胶囊治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症,可以短期、有效减轻患者的临床症状,且安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Huoxue Zhitong plaster combined with Gukang capsules in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in elderly patients. Methods We selected 60 elderly patients with herniation lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 as study objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. Besides Gukang capsules applied to both two groups,the observation group additionally received Huoxue Zhitong plaster while the control group received indom- ethacin Babu plaster for 4 weeks as a course. Then VAS and JOA scores of two groups at different time points were observed and finally at terminal the curative effect and Oswestry scores were calculated. Results Both one week and two weeks after treatment, VAS and JOA scores of two groups were similar, which showed no statistical signifieances（P^0.05）, but three and four weeks after treatment the both scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. At terminal,the observation group showed lower Oswestry scores than the control group（t=--10. 251, P〈0.05）. The effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group,higher than 73.33% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The merging application of Huoxue Zhitong plaster and Gukang capsules can effectively improve short-term clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation in elderly patients with a high safety,which should be worth popularization.
