手术床延长固定板在神经外科手术中的应用

The application of lengthening fixed plate of operation table to neurosurgical operation

目的探讨手术床延长固定板在神经外科手术患者术前准备中的应用。方法选取2011-05—2012-09神经外科手术配合人员160例,随机分成实验组和对照组各80例,实验组采用手术床延长固定板进行术前准备期的应用,对照组采用传统方法。结果实验组在术前准备时间,麻醉安全性及体现节力原则上优于对照组。结论手术室护士对手术体位的潜在危害性要有充分的认识,正确安置手术体位,术中采取针对性的防范措施,可以有效地避免医疗事故,减少医疗纠纷的发生,以保证患者的安全,手术床延长固定板有效缩短手术术前准备时间,为提高手术开台率及加快手术运转奠定基础,体现了节力原则,减少医护人员的腰椎损伤,保证患者麻醉安全,提高各环节人员的满意度。

Objective To explore the application of lengthening fixed plate of operation table to neurosurgical preopera- tive preparation. Methods All of 160 neurosurgical assistant members from May 2011 to September 2012 were recruited and randomly divided into study group and control group,80 cases in each group. The former group adopted lengthening fixed plate of operation table to preoperative preparation,while the latter group received conventional method. Results At the preopera tire period,the study group showed higher anesthesia safety and easier power than the control group. Conclusion Nurses in operating room should sufficiently recognize the potential perniciousness of operative position so as to reduce medical disputes and guarantee patients＇ safety. For lengthening fixed plate of operation table can shorten preoperative time, it can provide bases of improving opening-operation rate and accelerating the operative procedures, which presents principle of easy power, reduces injuries of lumbar vertebra,ensures anesthesia safety and improves satisfaction.
