构建机器人特色实验班创新平台 校企联合培养行业拔尖创新人才 被引量:13

Establishing the Innovation Platform of Robotic Characteristic Experimental Class to Culture the Outstanding Innovation Talents through Coalition of College and Enterprise

摘要 针对现有机器人创新教育的不足,通过整合校内外机器人学术、科研与教学资源,创造性地提出集机器人竞赛、科研、创新与产业于一体的机器人特色实验班培养方案,搭建与之适应的机器人创新实践平台,实现大学生基础理论、创新思维和创业能力的综合训练。探索出"一个学生团队+一个教师团队+一个竞赛平台十一个优秀企业"四位一体的大学生创新创业新模式。实践证明,机器人特色实验班是培养机器人行业拔尖创新人才的有效途径,对提高大学生创新效率与创业成功率起到显著的作用。 Aiming at the defect of robotic innovation education, through integration of internal and external robot related academic, research and teaching resources, a culture scheme for Robotic Characteristic Experimental Class which includes robot competition, research, innovation and entrepreneurship is creatively put forward. Meanwhile, an innovation platform meeting to the culture scheme is built. Based on the scheme and platform, basic theory, innovative thinking, entrepreneurial ability of college students are coordinately developed. A new mode of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students which includes one student team, one teacher team, one competition platform and one excellent enterprise is explored out. It has been found that Robotic Characteristic Experimental Class is an effective way to bring up the robotic outstanding innovation talents, and plays a significant role to improve the innovational efficiency and the successful efficiency of entrepreneurship.
