摘要
为培养学生的实践能力和创新、创业精神,充分发挥实训的实践练兵作用,制定了实训的考核方案。方案以生物技术专业发酵食品生产方向实训为例,立足当地行业,分析人才素养需求,依次归纳确立了实训课程考核目标、考核内容(知识、技能和素质)、根据考核内容灵活选择的多种方式结合的考核方法,并总结出制定考核内容需注意的代表性和完整性、全面性、可行性、统一性和重点侧重、时代性的五个原则。该考核方案实施后,得到良好的企业反馈、开创了师生共进的局面。为了使考核方案紧随社会和行业发展,需从优化课程体系、加强实训师资、调动学生兴趣、加强社会参与等方面为方案改进创造更多机会。该实训考核方案可以推广到其他应用型本科院校使用。
To cultivate practical ability,innovational and enterprising spirit of talents,and give full play in drilling of practical training,an assessment program of practical training was established.Taking fermented food production of biotechnological practice as an example,the program analyzed talents qualities desired by the local industries,concluded and established the objective of training course,assessing content which contained three elements of knowledge,skills and qualities,and assessment methods which was combined flexibly according to assessing content.Program summed up five principles of assessing content which were representativeness and integrity,comprehensiveness,feasibility,uniformity and focalization,and contemporaneity.After implementation of the program,good feedback from enterprise was got,and teachers and students all got improvement.In order to follow the development of society and profession,more opportunities created were needed to optimize the curriculum system,strengthen training of teachers,arouse interests of students,and bring in social participation,and so on.The assessment program can be popularized to other application-oriented colleges.
