摘要
根据流程管理理论,将核磁共振仪相关业务流程划分为实验教学、科研服务、社会服务和维护管理四大类,梳理和归纳出16项相应的业务流程。对每个流程进行分解、细化,通过梳理流程、制定细则、设计工具,形成相应的标准化工作手册。以标准化工作手册的实施为手段对核磁共振仪进行流程管理,将原本分散、随机且相互隔离的核磁共振业务标准化。并通过标准化工作手册的持续改进,实现各业务流程的规范、优化和再造,最终提高核磁共振仪开放共享程度和运行效率,缩短业务处理周期。通过实践表明,核磁共振仪在《核磁共振技术及图谱解析》等实验课程和为校内相关科研平台测试服务方面充分发挥其作用,并确保各种业务流程高效的实施。
From the perspective of the process management,total service process of NMR was divided into 4 parts,i.e.,experimental course,local research service,social service and maintenance,and 16 detailed work processes.After careful analysis of different processes,standardizing work manual was formulated.Then,the process management based on standardizing work manual was utilized to the NMR equipment,and integrated the dispersed,random and isolated NMR services as a standardizing process.Besides,continuous improvement of the standardizing work manual realized different service processes' standardization,optimum and reengineering.Thus,the operation efficiency and sharing level of NMR equipment increased eventually,accompanying shorter service cycle.Based on the practices,it demonstrated that nuclear magnetic resonance instrument plays an significant role in many experimental courses,such as "NMR Technology and Spectra Analysis",and in those research related platform,we should ensure the effective implementation of a variety of business.
