有机化学实验玻璃仪器管理及存放架的研制

Glassware Management and Application of Storage Racks in Organic Chemistry Experiment

介绍了北京大学有机化学教学实验室的玻璃仪器管理工作,阐述了玻璃仪器在化学实验,尤其是有机合成实验中的不可替代性。通过实验室自行开发设计的玻璃仪器赔偿管理系统,对近些年的玻璃仪器管理数据进行了统计、分析和研究,总结出有机实验玻璃仪器具有数量大、磨口仪器多、仪器赔偿统计工作量大的特点,提出了具体的管理措施和使用建议以减少学生实验过程中的损耗。同时针对存放杂乱、不利于干燥、清点繁琐等存放问题,研制了适合基础有机化学实验的"成套玻璃仪器立体存放架",取得了良好的效果,受到学生的认可,在一定程度上解决了上述问题,有一定的示范作用。

We herein introduce the glassware management of undergraduate organic chemistry teaching laboratory in colleges and universities,briefly review the irreplaceability of glassware in chemical experiment,especially the organic synthesis experiment.By the self-developed glassware compensation management system we make statistics and analysis the data of glassware management in recent years,sum up three features;large number,large grinding apparatus number and large compensation number.In order to reduce the loss of experiment,we propose the management measures and advice.Aiming at the existing store problems such as disorderly,insufficient dry and verbose etc,we recommend and apply a set of glassware ＂three-dimensional storage rack＂ for organic chemistry experiment,it solves the above problems to a certain extent,and is approved by most of the students,achieves good results and demonstration effect.
