高校实验室安全管理工作是一项复杂的系统工程,由于长期以来重视程度不够,高校实验室安全方面存在诸多问题,比如:实验室安全管理制度不健全、师生安全意识淡薄、执行安全制度不严、应急救援处置能力不强、危险化学药品取用和保管不当、配电设施不合理等。为切实抓好高校实验室安全环境,保证教学科研工作顺利开展,保证师生生命和学校财产安全,针对高校实验室安全问题和现状,认识高校实验室所存在的各种安全隐患,建立健全实验室安全管理制度、加强实验室安全日常管理,落实实验室安全责任制,强化实验室安全知识培训,执行实验室准入制度,增强师生安全防范意识,以促进实验室安全工作常态化、制度化和规范化,确保实验室环境安全、和谐与稳定。

The safety management of university laboratories is a complex systematic project.Because of the insufficient attention,for a long time,there are many problems.For example,the safety management policy is imperfect,the safety awareness of teachers and students is weak,the implementation of the security system is not strict,emergency response capacity is not strong,chemical reagents and other dangerous goods are stored improperly,and the distribution facilities is unreasonable.To truly grasp the safety management of university laboratories,ensure the smooth development of the work of teaching and scientific research and to ensure that the safety of lives of the teachers and students and the school property,according to the existing problems and the situations,the author thinks that we must understand various security risks in laboratories,establish and improve the laboratory management system,strengthen the day-to-day management of laboratory safety,implement the laboratory safety responsibility system,strengthen the laboratory safety knowledge training,perform lab access system,enhance teacher-student safety awareness,and promote laboratory safety management normalization and standardization.These countermeasures will ensure that security laboratory environment,harmony and stability.
