摘要
为应对煤矿安全生产,提出了一种利用自动识别技术对煤矿瓦斯浓度进行防爆监测的系统。该系统井下监控终端节点由传感器模块采集信息经过A/D转换等信号处理后单片机作为核心控制器,用蓝牙通信模块实现节点信息传输,替代传统光缆、电力线缆,为固定的或移动的终端设备提供接入服务,最终实现实时矿井瓦斯监测的功能。该系统实时性好,数据传输速度快,数据传输可靠性高,同时节省大量有线电缆,降低了成本,提高了煤矿生产的安全性。
The rapid development of the Internet of things technology leads to the breakthrough in the field of coal mine safety monitoring with automatic identification technology.For production safety in coal mine,this paper puts forward an automatic identification technology for explosion-proof monitoring of coal mine gas concentration.The monitoring terminal nodes of the system collect downhole information by the sensor module,after A/D conversion signals are sent to single chip microcomputer to process.Bluetooth communication module is used to transmit information among nodes,as an alternative of traditional optical cable,power cable.Finally,the function of the mine gas monitoring is realized in real time.The system is with good real-time performance,fast data transmission speed,high reliability of data transmission.At the same time it saves a lot of cable,reduces the cost and improves the safety of coal mine production.
