Research on the Strategy of Innovation and Development of the Association for Science and Technology under the Five Development Concepts

科协进入了以创新发展为统领、支撑的新阶段。本文以党的十八届五中全会提出的"五大发展理念"中的创新发展为统领,对科协未来创新发展战略进行研究与预判,对科协创新发展战略的内涵进行阐释与建构,为科协领导机关创新发展决策提供咨询与建议。研究内容分别是:准确把握科协创新发展面临的大趋势——创新发展依据,准确把握科协创新发展的动力系统——创新发展动力,准确把握科协创新发展障碍因子——创新发展短板,准确把握科协创新发展对策——创新发展举措。

The Association for Science and Technology has entered a new stage of innovation and development. Based on the innovation development of the five development concepts put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, this paper studies the future innovation and development strategy of the Associa- tion for Science and Technology, explains and constructs the connotation of the innovation and development strategy, so as to provide advice and suggestions for innovation and development decisions. The main contents are as follows： accurately grasping the trend, the driving force, the barrier factor and the countermeasures of innovation and development of the Association for Science and Technology.
