摘要
目的通过对尺神经及其血供的解剖特点和空间位置关系进行三维可视化研究,为临床尺神经松解前置术治疗肘管综合征提供解剖学基础。方法在10侧新鲜成人上肢标本上观察和测量肘部尺神经血供来源以及血管相关数据,并进行三维重建。结果尺神经及其血供的三维重建可以全方位、多角度地观察尺神经与其供血血管间的三维空间关系。结论三维重建技术较好地显示了尺神经与血管的三维立体位置关系,可为临床行尺神经松解前置术治疗肘管综合征提供解剖学依据。
Objective To provide the anatomic basis for anterior transposition of ulnar nerve with cubital tunnel syndrome by studying three dimensional( 3-D) visualization of the anatomical features and the positional relationship between the ulnar nerve and blood supply. Methods The blood supply of the ulnar nerve was observed and measured in 10 adult cadaver upper limb specimens.The ulnar nerve and its blood vessel were reconstructed by 3-D. Results The 3-D reconstruction of the ulnar nerve and its blood supply can be used to observe the three-dimensional space between the ulnar nerve and the blood supply vessels for all-dimensional and multi-angle studies. Conclusion The 3-D reconstruction of the ulnar nerve and its blood supply clearly demonstrated the three-dimensional position of ulnar nerve and blood vessel,which provides the anatomic basis for anterior transposition of ulnar nerve with cubital tunnel syndrome.
