踝关节正侧位联合足正斜位在诊断腓骨远端骺损伤中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨腓骨远端骺损伤诊断时采用X线行踝关节正侧位联合足正斜位扫描的诊断准确率。方法选取我院自2014年5月~2015年5月间收治的确诊为腓骨远端骺损伤患者32例作为研究对象,使用X线分别从踝关节正侧位和足正斜位进行扫描,对比单一扫描部位和联合扫描部位的诊断准确率。结果单纯经踝关节正侧位扫描误诊1例,漏诊2例,诊断准确率为90.63%;单纯经足正斜位扫描漏诊4例,误诊1例,诊断符合率为84.38%;联合诊断结果诊断准确率为100%。结论在诊断腓骨远端骺损伤时X线分别从踝关节正侧位和足正斜位联合扫描,能够显著提升诊断准确率。 Objective To study the for implication of combination of positive lateral position of ankle joint and positive oblique position of foot in diagnosis accurate rate distal fibular epiphysis injury by X-ray. Methods 32 cases in our hospital from May 2014 ~ 2015 years 5 months were diagnosed as distal fibula epiphysis injury patients as the experimental object,Xray was used to scan the position of positive lateral ankle and position of positive oblique foot.Compared to the single scanning parts and parts of the joint scanning diagnosis accurate rate. Results Simple the ankle in lateral scanning of misdiagnosis in 1 case and missed in 2 cases.The diagnostic accuracy rate is 90.63% in positive lateral position of ankle; simple by foot positive oblique position imaging missed diagnosis in 4 cases,1 case was misdiagnosed,the diagnostic accordance rate was84. 38%; combined diagnosis accurate rate is 100%. Conclusion in the diagnosis of distal fibular epiphysis injury X-ray respectively from the ankle lateral and foot is oblique scan to significantly enhance the accuracy rate of diagnosis.
