摘要
研究了铜阳极泥脱铜渣采用盐酸加双氧水浸出渣中金、硒的工艺,考察了盐酸百分比浓度、双氧水用量、反应时间、液固比等条件下对铜阳极泥脱铜渣中金、硒的浸出率影响。实验结果表明:盐酸百分比浓度在25%,双氧水用量在0.5 m L/g_(-脱铜渣),反应时间3 h,液固比为3∶1的条件下,金、硒的浸出率分别达到了98.26%、92.84%。
In order to leaching of gold and selenium in decoppering slag of the copper anode slime, the hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide is adopted ; the percent concentration of hydrocholric acid, the effect of dosage of hydrogen peroxide, the reaction time, the liquid - solid ratio and the other conditions on the leaching efficiency of gold, selenium in decoppering slag of Copper anode slime is in- vestigated. The experimental results show: The leaching rate of gold and selenium is 98.26% and 92. 84% separately while the percentage concentration of hydrochloric acid is 25% , the hydrogen peroxide dosage is 0. 5mL per one gram of deeoppering slag, the reaction time is 3h , and the liquid: solid ratio is 3: 1.
