摘要
以云南武定钛铁矿经电炉熔炼的高钙镁钛渣为研究对象,其中TiO_2含量75.88%,钙镁含量2.88%。对钛渣的焙烧条件作相应的基础理论及应用研究。结果显示,最佳的焙烧条件为920℃,焙烧3.0 h,Na_2CO_3/钛渣量为1.1,具有最高的TiO_2回收率,达到96.66%。
The research object is the titanium slag with high calcium and magnesium produced by electric furnace smelting, which raw material is the ilmenite originating from Wuding, Yunnan, and the TiO2 content is 75.88%, the calcium and magnesium content is 2. 88%. The corresponding basic theory and application research is done for the roasting conditions of titanium slag. The results show, the optimal roasting condition is 920℃, roasting time is 3. Oh, Na2 CO3/titanium slag volume is 1.1, thereby the maximum recovery rate of TiO2 can be got, which is 96. 66%.
