摘要 随着国家经济的发展以及对矿产资源的大量需求,非煤矿山的安全问题成为业内人士探讨和分析的重点话题。因其涉及的信息量大、内容多,为避免安全事故频繁发生,需运用现代化管理手段进行矿山安全管理,以确保矿业健康发展。本文将B/S结构与.net关键技术相结合,设计并实现了非煤地下矿山安全管理信息系统,为非煤地下矿山安全管理提供了信息化、网络化的管理手段,对同类矿山企业现代化管理水平的提高具有一定的推广价值及指导意义。 The safety issue of non-coal mine become to the key topic of discussion and analysis of industry insider along with the state economic development, as well as the great demand of mineral resources. Because of its involves large amount of information, contents, the modem management measures shall be applied for mine safety managements in order to avoid the safety accidents happen frequently, en- suring the health development of mining industry. B/S structure is combining with the critical technology of. net, the safety management in- formation system of non-coal mine is designed and realized, which supply the informationalized, networked management tool for the safety management of non-coal underground mine, which has a certain promotion value and guiding significance to the improvement of modernized management level for the similar mine enterprise.
