摘要
包钢8~#高炉点火后加风顺利、节奏把握良好、实现了快速强化,创造了开炉4天达产的业绩。文章通过增加设备可靠性、制订合理开炉控制参数、优化开炉方案、开炉前的精心准备,以及优化高炉操作对包钢8~#高炉开炉及达产的操作经验进行了总结。
After ignition of No.8 blast furnace in Baotou Steel,add air volume smoothly,keep good pace,achieve a rapid reinforcement,and create the achievement of reaching the target production in 4 days after blow-in.In this paper,operation experience on blow-in and reaching the target production of No.8 blast furnace in Baotou Steel is summarized through increasing equipment reliability,making reasonable blow-in control parameters,optimizing the blow-in scheme,preparing carefully before blow-in and optimization in blast furnace operation.
