摘要
干熄焦余热锅炉承压部件的安全运行对整个干熄焦的安全生产至关重要。过热器位于余热锅炉入口部位,最先受到高温循环气体的冲刷、磨损,是最容易发生泄漏的部位。文章结合包钢干熄焦实际,分析了过热器爆管泄漏的机理、原因及实际采取的一些对策,以求对锅炉过热器设备的完好运行有所裨益。
The safe operation for pressure-bearing parts of waste heat recovery boiler is essential to the safe production of CDQ.Located in the waste heat boiler inlet,superheater is the most prone to leakage since it is the first to be eroded and worn by the high temperature recycle gas.In this paper,combined with the actual production of CDQ in Baotou Steel,analyzed the mechanism,reasons and practical measures of superheater tube burst to facilitate the superheater equipment to run well.
