摘要
上料主皮带作为高炉的主要设备,直接影响高炉的正常生产。文章以包钢1~#高炉主皮带设计为例,着重论述高炉主皮带的设计技术要求,以及需注意的安全措施和检修手段等,使高炉能安全平稳起动、运行和停机。
As the main equipment of the blast furnace,the feeding main belt has a direct impact on the normal production of blast furnace.Taking the design of the No.1 blast furnace main belt in Baotou Steel as an example,this paper focuses on the technical requirements of the blast furnace main belt design,as well as the safety precautions and maintenance measures,so that the blast furnace can start,run and stop safely and smoothly.
