某烧结机脱硫系统改造及效果

Transformation of the Sintering Machine Desulphurization System and Its Effect

针对某烧结机脱硫系统实际生产中遇到的问题,在充分分析和考量的基础上,对预处理段、吸收塔及除雾段等关键设备进行了大修改造。改造后近一年来,脱硫系统运行良好,各项技术指标得到改善,二氧化硫处理能力和脱硫效率提高,达到环保要求,满足了炼铁生产的需要。

Aiming at the problems encountered in the actual production of the sintering machine desulphurization system,the key equipment such as pretreatment section,absorption tower and defogging section were overhauled on the basis of thorough analysis and consideration.For nearly a year after transformation,the desulphurization system has been running well,the technical indexes as well as the sulfur dioxide treatment capacity and the desulphurization efficiency have been improved to meet the requirements of environmental protection and the need of ironmaking production.
