摘要
文章介绍了包钢7~#高炉长期休风的前期准备、方案制定及快速恢复经过。通过对休风前炉况的分析把握、休风过程中保温工作的实施及恢复过程中影响因素的应对,在对大高炉休风、复风过程的深入研究并大胆实践,总结出一套快速恢复的方法,向定量化、标准化靠拢,达到炉况快速恢复的目的。
In this paper,it is introduced the early-stage preparation,scheme formulation and rapid recovery of long term blowing-down for the No.7 blast furnace in Baotou Steel.Through the analysis of the condition before blowing-down,the implementation of heat insulation during blowing-down and the response of influencing factors in the recovery process,by deep study and practice of the large-scale blast furnace blowing-down and recovery,a quick recovery method which is close to the quantification and standardization to achieve the purpose of rapid recovery of furnace condition is proposed.
