轧制油润滑系统在2250mm热轧线的优化

摘要 文章研究了轧制油润滑系统对热轧带钢在轧制过程中的轧制力、摩擦系数、主电机电流的关系,特别是轧制薄带及特殊钢种时精轧机轧制力大,轧辊磨损严重,机架震动严重。轧制油润滑功能的使用是精轧机稳定轧制薄带及特殊钢种的重要因素,投入轧制油润滑系统后降低了轧辊损耗、减少换辊次数、降低能耗。 In this paper,it is studied the relationship of rolling oil lubrication system for rolling force,friction coefficient and the main motor current in the process of hot strip rolling,especially the rolling force of the finishing mill is large when the thin strip and the special steel are rolled,the wear of the rolls and vibration of the stand are serious.The use of rolling oil lubrication is an essential factor for the stable rolling of thin strip and special steel in the finishing mill.After rolling oil lubrication system is put into use,the roll loss,the number of roll changing,and energy consumption are reduced.
