摘要 文章针对包钢M701S型燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组运行中出现的燃烧介质受温度影响而产生的机组耗能大等情况,对煤气冷却系统的控制方式和调节方式进行了详细分析,提出改进方案并加以实施。改进后的系统实现了机组运行过程中燃烧介质的优化,最终达到机组在最稳定,最经济安全的工况下运行。 In this paper,the control mode and regulation mode of gas cooling system are analyzed in detail,the improvement scheme is put forward and implemented in view of the large energy consumption of the unit caused by the temperature influence of the combustion medium in the operation of M701 S gas-steam combined cycle power plant in Baotou Steel.The improved system realized the optimization of the combustion medium during the operation of the unit and finally made the unit running in the most stable and economical conditions.
