利用KR法对铁水进行脱硅和脱磷的影响研究

摘要 采用包钢150 t钢包炉研究在KR工序同时预处理脱硅、脱磷的影响因素。本项研究采用转炉除尘灰、氧化铁皮球等再利用资源作为氧化剂,与脱硫剂以一定配比加入钢包炉中,在KR铁水预处理工艺条件下,寻求同时脱除部分硅、磷的工艺影响因素。研究结果表明,可以实现脱除铁水中的部分硅和磷,但条件严苛,目前的生产条件还不能完全满足。 The influence factors of KR process,as well as desiliconization and dephosphorization pretreatment were studied by using 150 t ladle furnace.In this study,the reuse resources such as converter dust and iron oxide ball were used as the oxidant,and the desulfurizer was added into the ladle furnace at a certain ratio in the condition of KR hot metal pretreatment,the technological effect for simultaneous removal of silicon and phosphorus was sought factor.The result shows that remove part of silicon and phosphorus in molten iron is feasible,but the condition is harsh,the current production conditions can not be fully met.
