Application and Improvement for Baosight MES System in Heavy Plate Area of Baotou Steel

文章阐述了包钢宽厚板在引进、消化、吸收宝信MES系统的基础上,从合同的签订、生产计划组织、成品库管理等方面,结合包钢自身的特点,增强、扩展了原有系统的功能,并对部分功能进行了改进,使之能够更加适应包钢的生产管理模式,有效提高了包钢宽厚板区域的管理水平。

In the paper,it is introduced after the basis on introduction,digestion and absorption of Baosight MES system,according to own features,Heavy area of Baotou Steel extend the function of the original system and improve part of the function from the aspects of signing contract,production planning organization and finished products warehouse management,etc.So that it can be more suitable to the production and management mode of Baotou Steel and effectively improve the management level in Heavy Plate Area of Baotou steel.
