ERP system is a management tool centralizing information technology and advanced management ideas that concerned by more and more enterprises at home and abroad.In the paper,it is introduced the basic concept of ERP system and the application of ERP system in Rare Earth Steel Plate Plant of Baotou Steel through the three aspects of production planning management,material management and quality management in steel-making process.
