以改革促发展,全面提高《化工高等教育》办刊质量

Improve the Quality of Higher Education in Chemical Engineeringthrough the Reform and Development

文章借中国化工教育协会第四届四次理事会《化工高等教育》编委会会议召开之机,以中国社会科学院发布的"中国人文社会科学期刊综合评价指标体系"为评价标准,梳理了期刊存在的优势与不足,分析了期刊文章的质量、期刊的管理水平、信息化程度等方面存在的问题,在此基础上从期刊的办刊定位、读者与作者定位、选题策划、组稿审稿、栏目设置、信息化建设等方面阐述了编辑部正在开展的工作及将要开展的工作,最终目的是希望以改革促发展,全面提高《化工高等教育》的办刊质量。

According to the Chinese Journal comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Humanities and Social Sciences,the article analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the Journal of Higher Education in Chemical Engineering.On this basis,the paper analyzed the reasons caused the journal′s disadvantages from mission of the journals,readers,authors and so on.At last the paper summarized the work that the editors is doing and the work that the editors are going to do.The final goal is to improve the quality of the Journal of Higher Education in Chemical Engineering.
