工科研究生教育存在的若干问题与思考

Analysis for Some Existing Problems in Graduated Student Education and Possible Solving Ways

我国的研究生教育发展很快,目前规模已居世界前列。但快速发展的同时也存在一些问题。笔者根据自己长期从事研究生培养的经历,从研究生学风及学习精神退化的原因、工科研究生培养质量堪忧的原因、工科研究生导师队伍存在的问题等三个方面,深入分析并归纳了目前高校工科研究生教育存在的问题。分析认为,解决这些问题的关键是采取措施使教育精神回归。笔者指出教育精神回归的关键在于做好顶层设计,并就如何让教育精神重归校园进行了一系列的思考,提出了具体的建议。

The graduated student education in our country has been developing very fast,and has become the biggest one in the world.But during the fast developing process,some problems arise.According to many years＇ experiences of educating engineering graduated students,the author analyzed the reasons of study enthusiasm degeneration,the reasons of education quality degeneration and the reasons of problems existing in engineering teachers,summarized the problems existing in education for engineering graduated students.By deep analysis,it is found that the key way for solving these problems is to rebuild the education spirit and such rebuilding will depend on the top design.At last,the author proposed some detail suggestions for improving graduated education.
