Kitchen waste classification ditticulties led to high impurity content, such as rubber and plastic, fabric, brick and tile, and glass. Therefore, horizontal dry anaerobic digestion process as a resource method was proposed. The preprocessing scheme for horizontal dry anaerobic digestion process was put forward by summarizing the major characteristics of horizontal dry anaerobic digestion process and combining with the characteristics of kitchen waste.
