摘要
阐述了我国农村垃圾污染及分类的现状,分析了农村垃圾分类存在的问题,农村缺乏垃圾分类装置、不合理的垃圾处理方式、村民垃圾分类意识薄弱、"垃圾下乡"增加了分类的复杂性、农村垃圾分类回收动力不足。提出了加大分类回收的资金和技术投入、形成以村为单位的管理监督机制、实行有效的激励惩罚手段、建立农村垃圾收费制度、开展垃圾分类收集宣传教育等对策。
The current situation of pollution and classification of China＇s rural waste was expounded and its problems about classification were analyzed, including lacking of waste sorting device in the countryside, unreasonable way of waste dis-posal, unconscious of waste classification, ＂waste to the countryside＂ increasing the complexity of the classification and lacking of impetus. We proposed to increase the capital and technology investment of waste classification, form the management and su- pervision mechanism with village as the basic unit, carry out effective rewards and punishments measures, establish rural waste charge system, and carry out propaganda education of waste classification.
