摘要
截止到2014年,我国城市共建有公共厕所124 426座,东部地区的三类以上标准公厕比例达79.9%,超过全国的平均值74.8%。我国每万人拥有公厕数量是2.83座。总结了我国公厕建设和管理方面取得的成就,分析了存在的问题,并指出未来公厕的发展重点是完善公共服务功能、推进公厕免费开放和提高环保节能水平等。
Up to 2014, 124 426 public toilets had been constructed in our cities. Three kinds of standard public toilets ratio in the eastern region was 79.9%, which was higher than the national average of 74.8%. The number of public toilets per million people in China was 283. The achievements of public toilet construction and management in China were summarized, the existing problems were analyzed. Public toilets in the future should be improved in the public service functions, free public toilets and the level of environmental protection and energy saving, etc.
