摘要
目的:比较学生应用HgCl_2中毒和缺血再灌注两种方法复制家兔急性肾功能不全模型的成功率,以探索适合学生实验的,绿色、安全、快速、有效的急性肾功能不全动物模型的建立方法。方法:40组学生随机分为HgCl_2中毒造模组和缺血再灌注造模组,分别采用实验24h前肌注1%的HgCl_2溶液2mL/kg和实验时切除右肾并夹闭左肾动脉45min后再灌注15min的方法建立家兔急性肾功能不全模型,依据实验动物的血尿素氮和血肌酐两项指标,评价学生使用两种建模方式的成功率。结果:学生复制缺血再灌注肾功能不全模型成功率高于HgCl_2中毒性模型(P<0.05)。结论:缺血再灌注家兔急性肾功能不全模型建立方法安全无毒,无"三废"排放,可在有限的教学实验时间内完成,且操作难度适宜、便于实验前后对照、造模效果良好,可以用于机能学实验等医学生教学实验。
Objective To compare the successful rate of two methods of acute renal insufficiency in rabbits by students,so as to explore which method will appropriate student’s experiments.Methods Forty groups of students were randomly assigned to two groups to establish model of rabbits with acute renal insufficiency using methods of HgCl2 poisoning and ischemia-reperfusion,according to the blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine to evaluate the success rate of students using two modeling methods.Results The successful rate of students coped the of ischemia reperfusion renal insufficiency model was higher than that of HgCl2 toxic model(P〈0.05).Conclusion Ischemia reperfusion injury model of acute renal insufficiency method is safe,nontoxic,no discharge of the three wastes,which can be completed within a limited time teaching experiment,and the operational difficulty is appropriate,the operation is easy around the experimental control,and the experiment works well.It can be used for other medical functional scientific teaching experiments.
