摘要
本文中,采用操作性测试、基本物性测试、安全性测试、应用性测试四大类测试方法对PA-777B、PA-777D两种牌号耐热级ABS材料与一种PA-717C牌号普通ABS材料的物理特性进行了测试验证,并对比分析了不同耐热级材料是否适合铅酸蓄电池的耐热性能要求及生产用料要求。实验数据表明,PA-777D牌号耐热材料最适合于铅酸蓄电池的批量生产。
In this pater, physical properties of two heat-resisting PA-777 B, PA-777 D and a common PA-717 C ABS materials are tested and analyzed. Test methods of operability, basic physical property, safety, applicability and contrastive analysis are used to verify whether different grade heat-resisting materials for the demands of lead-acid batteries in terms of thermal performance and production. Experimental data show that PA-777 D heat-resistant plastic is most suitable for mass production of lead-acid batteries.
