基于ANSYS/FE-SAFE的高速动车组非动力车轴疲劳寿命分析 被引量:14

摘要 以CRH380B型高速动车组的非动力车轴为研究对象,开展高速动车组非动力车轴的疲劳寿命预测分析。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立轮对有限元模型,进行车轴危险截面处的应力分析;采用动力学仿真软件SIMPACK建立高速动车组整车模型,分析车轴垂向和横向载荷随时间的变化情况;采用疲劳累计损伤理论,以车轴的应力和载荷谱为输入,基于疲劳寿命专用仿真软件FE-SAFE对车轴进行疲劳寿命分析。结果表明:非动力车轴轮座内侧的过渡圆弧处为最大应力部位和危险部位,最大应力为122.01 MPa,疲劳寿命约为28.6a,均满足车轴静强度和设计寿命的要求。 The Non-powered axle for CRH380 Bhigh speed EMU was taken as research object and the fatigue life was predicted.The finite element model of wheel-set was established with finite element software ANSYS and the stress at the dangerous section of axle was analyzed.The whole vehicle model of high speed EMU was established with the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK, and the time-dependent history data of the lateral and vertical load of axle were obtained.With the axle stress and load spectrum as the inputs,the fatigue life of axle was analyzed by fatigue cumulative damage theory based on the special fatigue life simulation software FE-SAFE.Results show that the maximum stress and the dangerous part are located at the inner side transition arc of the axle wheel seat.The maximum stress is 122.01 MPa and the fatigue life is about 28.6a,which can meet the requirements for the static strength and the design life of the axle.
