Research on “Open Type” Textile Economic Development

在中国由纺织大国向纺织强国转变的进程中,极其需要加快推进开放型纺织经济发展。发展开放型纺织经济,需要在全行业牢固树立"根"的理念,取得改革开放的更大红利;需要以四个"面对"的理念,正确研判纺织经济发展所面临的国内外环境;需要深入实施经济国际化战略,使开放型经济成为纺织产业发展的主体性经济形态;需要把握好国家自贸区取得推广性经验的机遇,坚定不移地实施新常态化的"六加快"发展转型战略,构建成纺织品进出口贸易六大体系;需要加快提高纺织企业创建世界品牌的水平。

In the process which transfers a big textile country into a powerful textile country, China extremely needs to accelerate ＂open type＂ textile economic development, and needs a concept of ＇root＇ in the industry firmly to get much more success. Four ＂facing＂ concept are based on researching the environment for the development of textile economy. Economic development faces the domestic and international environment, which makes the ＂open type＂ economy for the development of textile industry of subjectivity to economic form. It needs a further implement the strategy of economic internationalization and needs to grasp the opportunity of free trade zone to obtain experience generalization, unswervingly implement the new normalization ＂six speed up＂ transformation of development strategy. With the aim of building into six big textiles import and export trade system, we need to increase the textile level of creating world brand.
