论高校德育视野中思政课与辅导员工作的融合创新

On the Deep Amalgamation between University Students' Ideological and Political Theory Courses and Political Instructors' Work

高校思政课与辅导员工作融合是实现高校德育工作目标的应然选择,是满足思想政治课和提升辅导员工作效果的必然选择。在实现高校德育工作总体目标要求下,我们认为,能够从两者的内容上实现其德育模式上的融合、德育观念上的融合、德育管理方式上的融合、德育资源上的融合。同时,我们能够通过德育目标相融、课程双向优化、师资水平提升、社会实践锤炼的路径,把两者有机渗透、自然融合,培养符合高校德育工作要求的高素质型人才。

It＇s necessary to carry out the deep amalgamation between Chinese university students＇ ideological and political theory courses and political instructors＇ work in university moral education. It can improve the teaching level in ideological and political theory courses and effect of political instructor＇s work. In the major purpose of Chinese university students＇ moral education, we can fulfill the deep amalgamation in moral education patterns, the concept of moral education, moral education management systems, and exploits of moral resources. At the same time, we can make use of such paths, such as the common goals of moral education, the mutual optimizations, the improvement of teachers＇ teaching levels, the training of social practice, to cultivate high quality talents with excellent moral thinking.
