摘要 高校思想政治理论课教师队伍与辅导员队伍协同是大学生思想政治教育的必然要求和现实体现。以武汉纺织大学实践为例阐述二者融合中存在的问题,并提出解决问题的具体措施,提升大学生思想政治教育的实效性。 Collaboration between counselor team and teacher team of ideology and politics theory is the inevitable requirement and realistic embodiment of college students' ideological and political education. Taking the practice of Wuhan Textile University as an example, this paper expounds the problems existing in the integration of the two, and puts forward specific measures to solve the problem, so as to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students.
