"去小农化"的思想和主张是当前农业发展的主流,也是对小农存在价值的否定。然而,小农的存在从社会稳定、粮食安全、食品安全、社区秩序、景观创造、乡村复兴和文化保护等方面依然发挥着积极的维护和促进作用。这是小农存在价值的集中体现。不顾现实发展环境,一味推进小农改造项目不仅对小农发展无益,还会损害社会原有的发展基础。尤其是在快速的现代化进程中,小农存在的价值更需要被认真审视。

The thinking and suggestions of de-peasantization are the mainstreams about agricultural development nowadays, which are the reflections of denying the values of the persistence of peasantry. However, the persistence of peasantry always contributes a lot to social stability, food security, food safety, community development, and facilitating the landscape crea- tion, rural regeneration, and cultural heritage protection. These are the focused presentations of the values of persistence of peasantry. The neglect of realistic development conditions and promotion of de-peasantization projects will not only hurt the peasants, but also damage the primary development basis. The values of the persistence of peasantry need to be paid more attention, especially in the acceleration process of modernization.
