摘要
以物流企业的员工为研究对象,通过实证分析,探究物流企业员工组织承诺与其关系绩效之间的具体影响。研究结果表明,物流企业员工组织承诺中的规范承诺、理想承诺显著正向影响其关系绩效,物流企业员工组织承诺中的机会承诺显著负向影响其关系绩效,并根据结论提出了针对性的建议。
Taking employees of logistics enterprises as a research object and adopting an approach of empirical study, this paper probes the relationship between organizational commitment and contextual performance. This re- search shows that normative commitment and ideal commitment, two main components of organizational commit- ment to employees in logistics enterprises, have a significantly positive effect on contextual performance, whereas opportunity commitment, another component of organizational commitment, has a significantly negative impact on contextual performance. Based on this conclusion, the present paper puts forward relevant suggestions and mea- sures to be taken.
