Development of Modern Apprenticeship Model in Vocational Education: A Perspective of Internet Plus Era

当前互联网思维与手段正在不断地改变着人类社会的各个层面,而作为我国正在探索和发展的新型职教模式——现代学徒制,在这场由"互联网+"引发的社会变革中,应该从易到难,分步实施,争取国家政策支持,校企联合推进,着力于人才培养方案调整、职业岗位实践体系设计,从而走出一条"互联网+"视角下有中国特色的学徒培训之路。

The Internet thinking and means are changing every aspect of human society, at the same time, modern apprenticeship, a new vocational education model, has been explored and implemented in China. Therefore, in the Internet plus era, modern apprenticeship model with Chinese characteristics should be improved from the follow- ing aspects： this model can be gradually practiced from simple to complex; the model should be supported by na- tional policies and promoted with the efforts of schools and enterprises; training programs concerned should be adjusted and the designing of professional practice system should be emphasized.
