摘要
阐述了高职院校"双导师制"的内涵和实施的意义,指出了在高职院校实施"双导师制"应解决的问题。认为在高职院校实行"双导师制"人才培养模式,必须做好双导师的聘任工作,明确职责,保证师生交流畅通,健全评价机制,只有这样才能促进"双导师制"人才培养模式的健康发展,为社会培养出高技能应用型人才。
The paper first discusses the connotation of double-tutor system and the significance of its implemen- tation in higher vocational colleges, and then the problems to be solved. It points out that, to carry out the training mode of double-tutor system and to prepare skillful professionals for the society, higher vocational colleges should perform well in tutor employment, define clearly the two tutors＇ responsibilities, guarantee good communications between tutors and students, and improve evaluation systems.
