摘要 传统的高职会计专业"齐步走"式班级授课制教学模式面临学情变化的重大挑战,迫切需要顺应形势变化,实施差异化分层教学模式改革。分层教学模式改革可实施学生分层、教学目标分层、课程设置与教学内容分层、教学组织分层四大分层策略。实施分层教学时应着力关注学生、教师和教学管理三个维度,注意合理确定分层标准与方法,提升教学改革效能,完善教学管理制度。 Since the traditional classroom teaching for accounting majors in higher vocational colleges is carriedout on the assumption that students are at the same level of learning, nowadays it is challenged by their different levels. Therefore, it is imperative to implement a multi-level teaching model, which requires that students be di- vided into different classes and taught according to their levels, different teaching objectives, curricula and teach- ing contents. Multi-level teaching should focus on students, teachers and teaching management as well as stan- dards and methods of level classification, teaching reform effect and improvement of management systems.
