肺硬化性血管瘤的影像诊断与鉴别诊断

Iamging diagnosis and distinguishing diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma

目的:尽可能对肺硬化性血管瘤做出明确诊断,并与在影像学表现上相似的疾病作鉴别。方法:回顾分析经手术和病理证实的肺硬化性血管瘤28例,均行螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描。结果:肺硬化性血管瘤组织类型不同,增强后的强化方式不同,相应的鉴别诊断也不相同。结论:根据肺硬化性血管瘤的组织类型、强化方式及特点,可以对肺硬化性血管瘤做出较明确的诊断。

Objective：As far as possible to get a clear diagnosis of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung,and distinguish with some diseases on its similar imaging findings.Methods：Retrospective analysis confirmed pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma by surgery and pathology in 28 cases,28 patients were performed spiral CT scan and enhanced scan.Results：Because of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung tissue types are different,the enhancement is in different ways,the corresponding differential diagnosis is not the same.Conclusion：Depending on the types of the organization and enhancement patterns and the characters of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma,can make a more specific diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma.
