预防性护理对前列腺电切除患者术后膀胱痉挛及舒适度的影响

Effect of preventive nursing on bladder spasm and comfort of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate

目的观察预防性护理应用于前列腺电切除术患者中,对术后膀胱痉挛及舒适度的效果。方法 80例前列腺电切除术患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受预防性护理,比较两组术后膀胱痉挛的发生情况、严重程度、舒适度及住院时间。结果观察组术后膀胱痉挛的发生率低于对照组,严重程度轻于对照组,出现时间晚于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在生理、心理方面的舒适度均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理能够减少前列腺电切除术患者术后膀胱痉挛的发生,提高舒适度,缩短住院时间。

Objective To evaluate the effect of preventive nursing on bladder spasm and comfort of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Method 80 cases of transurethral resection of prostate were first divided into an experimental group（ n = 40） and a control group（ n = 40）. The control group were treated with conventional nursing care while the experimental group were administered with preventive nursing. Occurrences of postoperative bladder spasm,the severity,comfort and hospitalization time of the two groups were then compared. Findings The bladder spasm rate after operation of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The severity was less than that in the control group,and the occurrence time was later than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The physiological and psychological comfort in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Preventive nursing can reduce the incidence of bladder spasm,improve comfort,and shorten the hospitalization time of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate.
