摘要 针对120 m^2烧结机烟气氮氧化物排放量超标的情况,通过一系列的工业试验,探索出了在目前生产工艺装备和原燃料条件下降低烟气氮氧化物排放量的措施:优选含氮量较低的无烟煤粉和铁矿石,从源头上控制烧结NO_X的生成;减少中和料中污泥配加量。改进后,烟气氮氧化物含量由300 mg/m^3以上降至260 mg/m^3以下,使烧结烟气实现达标排放,每月节省减排费用5.45万元,烧结机利用系数由1.25 t/(m^2·h)提高到1.30 t/(m^2·h)。 TThe iron making mill of Jinan Branch of Shandong Steel Co. is facing the problem of NOx excessive emission in sintering machine gas. Through a series of industrial experiment, the way to reduce NOx emission under present equipment, material and fuel condition was found out. The practice measures included the adding anthracite eulm and using lower nitrogen iron ore, to reduce NOx creation from source, and the decreasing of mud in neutralize material. After the improvements, the content of nitrogen oxides decreased from 300 mg/m^3 to less than 260 mg/m^3, achieving emission standards.
