基于自动采制样系统的烧结矿质量监测实践

摘要 为解决了传统烧结矿采样代表性差,转鼓强度和粒级组成分析缓慢的问题,青岛特殊钢铁公司配套建设了自动采制样系统,包括自动采样系统、粒级组成分析系统、转鼓强度测定系统、化学样制备系统以及余料返回系统等,采样、制备试样、分析整个过程不超过1 h,并且通过制样过程的规范化、标准化,有效控制SiO_2偏差。 In order to solve the poor representativeness of sinter sampling, the slow analysis of drum index and graded composition of sinter, automatic sampling system has been constructed in Qingdao Special Steel. The system, which mainly includes automatic sampling system, the graded composition analysis system, drum strength measurement system, chemical sample preparation system, remaining material recycle system and so on, that can be accomplished in less than one hour. In order to solve the large deviation of SiO2 composition, the standard and normalization institution of sample preparation process has been built. The deviation of SiO2 was effectively controlled.
