摘要 欧盟委员会教育、视听与文化执行署发布了最新《欧洲中小学创业教育报告》。欧盟将创业教育定位于塑造年轻人的思维方式,有效促进公民的个人生活和专业发展,从而推动国家和社会的发展,赢得未来国家竞争力。其创业教育,专门发展战略与综合发展战略并存,在鼓励各成员国提供国家资助、发展民间基金的同时,积极提供专项资助,提倡建立课程、实践、公益教育活动、学习成效评估四者结合的课程与教学架构,积极推动将创业教育纳入教师职前教育和持续专业发展,并为教师教学提供资源支持。借鉴欧盟从小学即开始进行创业教育的实践经验,在我国创业教育也应成为一种连续、系统的教育过程和体系,贯穿于所有学科、所有教育阶段。 European Commission released Entrepreneurship Education at School in Europe,which states that entrepreneurship education is to shape the way of thinking of young people,and to effectively promote the personal life and professional development of citizens. Thus entrepreneurship education ultimately can promote development of the country and society,and win the national competitiveness in the future. Member States usually adopt either specific or comprehensive strategies,allocate both national and EU funding,with the supplement of private funding,and establish the system of courses,practice and public education activities,and evaluation of learning outcomes. The European Union puts forward that initial teacher education and the continuing professional development should include entrepreneurship education and teaching support should be provided. Drawing on the experience of the European Union starting entrepreneurship education from primary education,entrepreneurship education should be a continuous,systematic process and system throughout all disciplines and educational stages.
