摘要
本文介绍了大唐广东某火力发电厂二期(2×1 000 MW),针对脱硝脱硫除尘现状,规划、实践并成功应用了超洁净排放改造路线,达到并优于了既定目标(粉尘5.0 mg/Nm^3、SO230 mg/Nm^3、NOx50 mg/Nm^3),证明了改造实施路线的成功。本文总结了本次改造实施中工艺路线、技术原理、设备选型等方面的经验,为其它改造项目提供参考,并以期对大型机组火力发电厂污染物深度治理、达到"近零排放"起到积极的示范及参考意义。
This paper introduces a thermal power plant of Datang Guangdong second phase(2×1000 MW), for the desulfurization, denitration and dust removal status, Planning, practice and successful application of the ultra clean emissions transformation route, reach and surpass the established goals(dust5.0 mg/Nm3, SO230 mg/Nm3, and NOx50 mg/Nm3), proved the success of the transformation route.This paper summarizes the implementation of the transformation process,technical course, technical principle, equipment selection and other aspects of the experience,provide reference for other reconstruction projects, and in order to have a positive demonstration and reference significance for the future of the large-scale thermal power plant pollution control, to achieve the "near zero emissions".
