根据河北开放大学建设和发展战略需要,确定河北开放大学终身教育公共服务平台的定位和建设目标,在分析现状和存在问题的基础上,着眼河北开放大学终身教育公共服务平台应解决的平台一体化、灵活多样的学习方式、完善教学支持服务体系、突出个性化、多终端无缝学习和数据挖掘等六个方面的问题,能够更好地适应"互联网+"的时代要求,并提供信息化教育平台建设参考。
