摘要
膨胀率和半衰期是评价泡沫沥青发泡效果的关键指标。文章采用灰色关联分析方法,对发泡温度、用水量以及水温等因素对沥青发泡效果的影响进行分析。在此基础上,建立发泡沥青最大膨胀率与半衰期的2阶数学模型,对所建立模型进行方差分析,并采用95%的显著水平进行可靠性检验,验证结果符合显著性要求。
The expansion ratio and half-life period are two key indexes for foaming characteristics evaluation of foamed asphalt. The influences of foaming temperature, water consumption and water temperature on asphalt foaming effect are analyzed using grey correlation method. On this basis, 2nd order mathematical model of the maximum expansion ratio and half-life period of foamed asphalt is put forward. The results of variance analysis and reliability corroboration show that this model can reach the significance level 95%.
