内河水上应急搜救中心布设研究——以连云港市为例

为更好地开展连云港水上应急救援工作,保证船员的生命财产安全,加强对全市水上搜救工作的统一领导和组织协调,文章结合目前水上搜救中心发展现状,分析内河水上搜救中心功能定位及布设要求,提出连云港市内河水上应急搜救中心布设方案。

In order to better carry out water emergency rescue work in Lianyungang, to ensure the safety of the life and property of the crew,to strengthen the unified leadership and organizational coordination of the city＇s inland waterway search and rescue operations, this article according to relevant laws and regulations,combined with the current development of water emergency rescue center,analyzes its functional orientation and layout requirements,puts forward the layout scheme of inland waterway emergency rescue center.
