离子色谱法检测饲料中水溶性氯化物的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为建立饲料中水溶性氯化物的离子色谱检测方法,本试验对样品前处理方法的筛选、离子色谱条件的优化、方法的验证进行系统研究。结果表明,该方法在4~100μg/m L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R^2=0.999 4~0.999 9),检出限为0.04μg/g,在配合饲料、浓缩饲料、预混合饲料、精料补充料回收率分别为91.7%~100.2%、95.5%~98.9%、93.0%~98.0%、97.3%~101.0%,精密度RSD值为0.56%,重复性RSD值为0.04%,样品中F~—、NO_2~—、Br~—、NO_3~—、PO_4^(3—)、SO_4^(2—)等常见阴离子对氯离子的分离无干扰(R>1.5)。离子色谱法测定饲料中水溶性氯化物,方法简便、快速、重复性好、灵敏度高、精密度好、回收率高、结果可靠。 To establish a method for determination of water soluble chloride in feed by ion chro- matography. The experimental projects, including sample pretreatment methods, optimization of ion chromatographic conditions and method validation were systematic studied. The results demonstrat- ed that the calibration curve was good linear in the range of 4~100 μg/mL, with correlation co- efficient(R^2) of 0.999 4 to 0.999 9. The limit of determination was 0.04 μg/g, the recoveries of compound feed, concentrate feed, premix feed and concentrate supplement were 91.7%~100.2, 95.5%~ 98.9%, 93.0%~98.0%, 97.3%~101.0% respectively, the relative standard deviation(RSD) of preci- sion and repeatability were 0.04% and 0.56%, F, NO2, Br, NO3, PO4^3-, SO4^2- and other common anions in the sample did not interfere with the separation of chloride. Detection of water soluble chlo- ride in feed by ion chromatography is simple, rapid assay with high repeatability, sensitivity, precision and high recovery.
